Spectra Warranty Statement

Spectra Red Light warrants each new or certified pre-owned S5 and S6 red light bed to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of six (6) years after the delivery of the Spectra Red Light product.

This warranty is inclusive of any part or component that is part of the Red Light Bed. It includes but is not limited to the LEDs, system electronics, system frame, acrylic and bed cover.

Spectra offers a Lifetime Warranty on the LEDs.  This portion of the warranty is non-transferable. 

The obligation of Spectra Red Light under this warranty is expressly limited solely and exclusively to the repair or replacement of the unit or any parts thereof, which to the satisfaction of Spectra Red Light, have become defective during the warranty period, and which shall have been reported to Spectra Red Light within 5 business days after the discovery of the defect by the owner under the warranty period. This warranty does not extend to any liability for medical expenses, or for any other defect or malfunction of the “Spectra Red Light” product, except as herein provided, whether such damage claim shall be based on contract, tort, breach of warranty, or otherwise. This warranty shall not apply to any “Spectra Red Light” product which has been repaired, tampered with or altered by someone other than a duly authorized Spectra Red Light representative, or which has been subjected to negligence, accident, mishandling, normal wear and tear, or which has not been used in accordance with the company instructions or for the stated purposes.

This warranty is transferable, provided the Spectra Red Light bed transfer and product shipping criteria are met. The transferee, assignee, or subsequent purchaser or user of the “Spectra Red Light” product must adhere to the specified transfer and shipping requirements to be eligible for warranty coverage.

This warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty made or which may be deemed to have been made by Spectra Red Light and is expressly in lieu of any and all other warranties, either expressed or implied, including any warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. No person or entity has any authority to bind Spectra Red Light to any warranty, guarantee, or representation except as specifically set forth herein.
