Extensive clinical research identifies the most advantageous wavelengths between 415–660 nm in the visible blue, green, amber and red spectrum, and near-infrared from 810–980 nm — divided into nonthermal (810–880 nm) and thermal (910–980 nm) bands. mW/cm² = milliwatts per square centimeter — how much light energy lands on every square centimeter of your skin each second.
