After years in health and wellness transformaion coaching, he saw too many people doing “all the right things” and still not getting results. The problem wasn’t effort—it was guesswork.

Darrell leads the lab with a data-first approach, combining diagnostics, recovery, and practical coaching so clients understand their body and know exactly what to do next.
